Who Is on the GIS Rentals Team?
The GIS Rentals team is three licensed Nevada property professionals based in the Reno-Sparks area, with a combined 50-plus years of local property management experience. Each manager handles owner and tenant communication directly.
Nason McCombs

Nason has been managing properties ever since he was a child. Growing up, his father was a single family residence investor in Reno, and Nason was always there to help. In 2017 Nason purchased his first single family residence as an investment, and fully immersed himself in the management. In 2022, he became involved with GIS as an administrator to learn the ins-and-outs of true property management. He was officially awarded his Broker Salesperson and Property Management Permit later that year. He thoroughly enjoys everything about property management, and gives every person he meets a warm and friendly smile. His management is very personal, and he treats everyone as a friend, always looking out for their best interests. Nason manages every property as if it were his own. When not in the office, Nason loves to enjoy the outdoors with his wife, Alyx, and their son, Tanner; along with their three dogs, Luna Beans, Frankie, and Birdy. Nason is an avid outdoorsman, and has way too many hobbies. If he doesn't answer his phone right away, he is probably out hunting, camping, running, mountain biking, hiking, swimming, fishing, or golfing; but we promise, he will call you right back!

Kitty has been part of the real estate world since childhood, getting her start in her father's real estate office in California. Surrounded by the ins and outs of the industry from a young age, she naturally developed a deep understanding of the business. In 1987, Kitty earned her Nevada real estate license, and by 1995, she found her true calling in property management. For the past 16 years, Kitty has proudly served as a Property Manager with Gunn Investment Services. Her experience is extensive, and there's hardly a situation she hasn't encountered. Tenants and clients alike, appreciate her professionalism, responsiveness, and calm approach to even the most complex issues. Kitty has a reputation for handling every property with care and treating every tenant with respect. Outside the office, Kitty enjoys quality time with her family. She also enjoys playing golf and loves spending sunny days boating on Lake Tahoe. Whether she's managing a portfolio or relaxing by the water, Kitty brings warmth, expertise, and a steady hand to everything she does… all while keeping her beloved smile!

Monica is a proud third-generation Nevadan and property manager, with deep family roots in Reno's real estate history. Her grandparents built two trailer parks in the area over 60 years ago, and her mother was a respected broker in Reno/Sparks for 25 years. Following in their footsteps, Monica has carved out her own path in property management, with over a decade of hands-on experience in both residential and commercial properties. Monica's heart is fully in management. She thrives on building meaningful relationships—with clients, tenants, and the many trusted vendors she works with daily. Her dedication, communication, and care for the people she serves make her a standout in the field. She doesn't just manage properties—she creates lasting connections and keeps everything running smoothly, often answering calls on the go without missing a beat. Outside of work, Monica enjoys a full and active life. She loves golfing, fishing, and hunting, and takes every chance she can to escape to Graeagle with her husband, Jason, and their two sons, Draven and Arkadios. At home, you'll find her spending quiet time with her cat, Gizmo, and her beloved umbrella cockatoo, Crackers. Monica is also deeply involved in her community. She currently serves as President of the Sparks Chapter of the Sons and Daughters of Italy and was elected State Trustee for the Grand Lodge of California. She's also active with the Reno Elks Lodge and the Reno Prospectors group, always giving back and staying connected to her roots.
